1972- 1973 Jimmy Page Marshall 1959 SLP live overdrive tone

I recently purchased a Carl Martin Plexitone overdrive but did not got the users manual. I was wondering if any one can advise me on getting the 1972 - 1973 overdrive sound Jimmy Page got from his Mashall 1959 SLP 100watt head pictured in the song remains the same live concerts.

My guitar is a Gibson Les Paul Standard with burstbucker pro 1 and 2 pickups and the amp I use is a Fender 65 Twin Reverb reissue.
