i thinking to use this pedal in my gear, but i still wonder if it is what i want or need to buy it, can someone tell me if sends and returns use TRS jacks???? and if a can use it with the send/return jacks of my vaccum tube amp????

Yes it uses standart Jacks.
And it is was not designed for amploops, unless the loop is seriel and can run at musiclevels, and not parallel and at linelevels as they normally do.
